Cancellation Policy
Client-initiated Cancellation: Clients may initiate project cancellation by providing written notice to us. The cancellation request should include the reasons for cancellation.
Cancellation Charges: Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation charges may apply. These charges are intended to cover work already completed and expenses incurred.
Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, the processing time may vary. Clients will be notified of the estimated timeframe for refund processing.
Refund Policy
a. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.
b. Cancellation within 10 Days: Clients may be eligible for a full or partial refund if they request cancellation within 10 days from the project initiation date. The refund amount will be determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to that point.
c. No Refund After 10 Days: No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested after 10 days from the project initiation date.
