1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Description

Dgtel Rehumanice Pvt Ltd provides app development services, including but not limited to the design, coding, and testing of mobile applications,  Website development.

3. Client Responsibilities

a. Cooperation: Clients must cooperate with us throughout the development process, providing necessary information, feedback, and approvals.

b. Intellectual Property: Clients must own or have the necessary rights to use any materials, content, or data provided to us for app development.

4. Development Process

a. Timelines: While we strive to meet agreed-upon timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep clients informed of any changes to project timelines.

b. Revisions: Limited revisions are included in the project scope. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

5. Payment Terms

a. Quotes and Invoices: Quotes provided by Dgtel Rehumanice Pvt Ltd are valid for a specified period. Invoices must be paid in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule.

b. Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or termination.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential, including but not limited to designs, code, and business strategies.

7. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the developed app, excluding any third-party components.

b. Third-Party Components: The use of third-party components may be subject to separate licenses.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dgtel Rehumanice Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches a material term. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Tamilnadu. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Arbitration Rules.

11. Changes to Terms

Dgtel Rehumanice Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
